21c Liederabend

Born out of the success of 21c Liederabend (Time Out New York Best of 2009 Pick for Classical/Opera) produced at Galapagos in November 2009 by Beth Morrison Projects, VisionIntoArt and Opera On Tap, the 21c Salon Series is an on-going series curated and produced by Beth Morrison Projects.

21c Liederabend surveys contemporary vocal music in a classical, indie-classical, post-classical, and ‘new forms’ format. We think 21c Liederabend is an important cluster of contemporary musical thinkers, a collection of artists who’s work is pushing the edge of contemporary vocal music forward and presenting the best of that landscape that’s waiting to be discovered.
